Breadcrumb overlaps the menu

I am using Executive Pro theme.

if you navigate to Career Development menu, and then come down on the menu, you will see the bread crumb show up in the middle. The menu should not be transparent background. How to make the menu background solid, or avoid the breadcrumb or images to come in between as it becomes difficult to read the menu.

Also, how to increase the size of the child menu items so that it is easily readable.

Hi,

You set the background to transparent around line 1234 of the style.css

.nav-secondary .genesis-nav-menu li:hover, .nav-secondary .genesis-nav-menu a:hover, .nav-secondary .genesis-nav-menu li.current-menu-item a:hover {
    background-color: transparent;
    color: #666;
}

You can change the font-size around line 1129 of the style.css in
.genesis-nav-menu .sub-menu a
