    Where i can find the blog page template settings with Display Category dropdown, Exclude Category and Posts per Page options?
    According to the instructions in "Genesis for beginners" PDF they suppose to be in Theme Settings Screen, but they are not there.
    I have the Genesis Simple Child Theme installed.

    You could add the template back but the settings will not be put back into the customizer under the Genesis Settings. You'd still need the custom fields unfortunately.
