I've been very happy with Backup Buddy, but I know others have their favorites, too. =) I think "best" in this case is subjective. BuB was the 1st plugin I tried, and it hasn't let me down yet.

I've been using BackWPup for quite a while now and having backups sent to Dropbox. Very happy with it.
