    I have been working to make the whole header area transparent and the only way I could find was to change the whole site container to transparent. But I still want everything below the header to have a solid background.

    Using Synthesis with News Pro Theme.

    I figured it out.

    While leaving the .site-container background color set to transparent, I added a background color to the .site-inner. Worked perfect.
