Background Color Not Changing

I can't seem to change the background color in my Streamline Theme. The "Background" option isn't working. Any suggestions?

It's an image. Just replace the "images/bg" image either with another image or edit the css to put in any color code.

------------------------------------------------------------ */

body {
background: url(images/bg.jpg);
}

Thanks wp guy, I'll try that and let you know how it goes. So the "Background" option in my Dashboard doesn't apply to this theme?

Got the background changed, thanks wp guy! Can you tell me how to change the image or color of the newsletter sign up area? I'd like to use a lighter color instead of the charcoal color.
