    Hey, many of us saw how Brian Gardener very generously made his latest theme "Avalanche" available to us via forking from GitHub: http://www.briangardner.com/fork-my-theme/.   Take a look at his Blog so see it in action: http://briangardner.com.

    Since it is not offered through Studiopress, it is an unsupported theme.  Curious if anyone in the forum has downloaded it and knows where to begin?  I'm not sure what to do with the files from the download.  Install Genesis sample theme 1.9 and add the avalanche files to it?   Hmmm... appreciate any insight from the gang here.  Thanks.

    The theme you are referring to is available but was renamed the Stretch theme found here - http://my.studiopress.com/themes/stretch/.

    You won't need to install the Sample them. Just install Genesis (you likely already have), then the files into the themes directory:

    wp-content/themes/genesis <== Likely already present.
    wp-content/themes/avalanche

    If you have the child theme style.css located at:

    wp-content/themes/avalanche/style.css

    then you've got it right.
