I'm going through the Webby Awards for 2013 and saw this winner (http://www.theguardian.com/world/interactive/2013/nov/01/snowden-nsa-files-surveillance-revelations-decoded#section/1) and had to ask people smarter than me - how do they do the auto-play upon scrolling, and then have it stop once you continue past it? Is there a Genesis theme (or a function? Or Plugin?) that you can implement to have that kind of functionality? It looks like it's an HTML 5 functionality, but I'm not techy enough to know how it is implemented.

There's a couple plugins out there that support autoplay on videos but I don't know if they feature the on/off thing based on scroll/window focus.
Note also that lots of users find this annoying and look for ways to turn it off on sites that have it.
