I have 3 "tabs" in my book series Front Page 2 area but cannot find where to add the "All Books" tab. Also, are 3 tabs the limit or is it possible to add 4 or 5?

I would suggest reviewing the set up documentation here - https://my.studiopress.com/documentation/author-pro-theme/customize-your-settings/navigation-menus/ for the menu and also here for the book area - https://my.studiopress.com/documentation/author-pro-theme/front-page-setup/front-page-2-widget-area/. You will be required to log in to your account.

Front Page 2 is using Flexible Widgets. You can try to add more, but you may need to reconfigure that area to display more than 4.
