Is there a way to create an "All Series" page that would display each series, grouped so my readers can find 1 page that lists all of the available series in one place versus needing to click on each one?

No. I'm looking for a way to just have a menu item for a page and on that page, the books are listed, but grouped by series.

    So something like

    Series Name
    Book 1 | Book 2 | Book 3

    Series Name 2
    Book 1 | Book 2 | Book 3 | Book 4

    Series Name 3
    Book 1 | Book 2 | Book 3 | Book 4

I don't think that can be done by default in Genesis or WordPress without a custom loop.

Ok... not sure how to go about doing that. I mean, if there were some docs somewhere I could figure it out, but nothing something I know off of the top of my head.

Take a look in Genesis in the loops.php file.
