    My author meta description doesn't show up on meta analysis sites. What could be the problem? I've entered the description in the site's user profile and the appropriate box for the Yoast WordPress SEO plugin.

    Hi Jacqueline,

    Have you linked to your google plus page from your blog? Your Simple Social Icons link to twitter, facebook and linked-in.

    Google Plus likes to see mutual links.

    Your site is being indexed by Google. Are you looking for the author image next to your listings?

    Just remember that being listed in Google is governed by Google itself, but the Google Author listing next to your website articles is a feature of Google Plus. There are settings there to consider.
