    Hi

    I have my author box at the bottom of the content on single posts. However it shows after the other plugins I am using.
    I have added a screenshot to show where it is just now:
    Author Box position

    currently I have this in my functions.php file to try and order it, but it doesn't seem to work:

    remove_action( 'genesis_after_post', 'genesis_do_author_box_single' );
    add_action( 'genesis_after_post_content', 'genesis_do_author_box_single', 1 );

    Any help much appreciated.

    Because plugins use the_content filter which executes before genesis hooks.

    If the plugin includes filters or a template tag, you can hook them in using Genesis hooks after your author box

    Thanks for your reply Brad

    How do I find out if the plugins have template tags or filters and what code would I use to order them?

    The plugins are Shareaholic and the facebook comments plugin

    Hi,

    You have to insert the authorbox to 'the_content' hook on wordpress. You can also change the author box plugin. I've create free and pro version and compatible with genesis :). Feel free to check :

    @PHPBITS Please read this http://www.studiopress.community/policies-and-guidelines/

    Try this http://wpsites.net/best-plugins/re-positioning-shareaholic-sharing-buttons-after-author-box/

    Depends on which Facebook plugin as there are several hundred.

    Or you can use the_content filter to hook in the author box with a earlier priority.
