Aspire Pro: Organization index and Form

Hi. I would like to put the organization of the news on my website http://www.metododai.com instead of a list, in 2 or 3 thumbs per row. How can I do it?

I would also like to put the orange form that appears in the demo https://my.studiopress.com/themes/aspire/
but we do not want to include it.

Thanks! But I do not know what I have to do in point 1, to show the news from the main page in, for example, 3 columns. With image and title.
