Click on Testimonials from the menu. It doesn't work. If you go to a page like Contact Us then click on Testimonials again, the anchor tag does work. If you try Testimonials again from the homepage, it doesn't.

I've already replaced both the two js files talked about here as well as cleared cache:

I've tried this with 3 site and 2 different themes. Could someone else confirm that this might be an issue again?

Both Safari and Firefox work as expected.

Disregard. I had to clear cache again and it's working.
