Any good graphic manip sites?

I need someone to make me a couple of graphic manips dealings with horses and humans. All of them are fairly simple, but I haven't been able to find anyone willing to do them. I really need these done for my role play characters and all the pictures are taken by me so there are no copyright risks. If you could please give me a url to a good graphic manip site, or perhaps a person who is good and FREE.
