    I just set up a site using the Ambiance Pro theme.

    Is there a way to keep the top nav bar menu turned on? It looks like a user has to click the menu icon in order to see the menu, but most users will not know that they need to do that.

    You can navigate to line 1016 in your css and remove:

    .responsive-menu {
    	display: none;
    }

    That will make the nav show on load, but be careful - that means that you have to click the hamburger for the nav to disappear. Also, when viewing it on a smaller screen, you'll need to adjust your @media styles.

    Rather than editing your CSS file, which may be overwritten as theme updates occur, you may wish to consider using the CSS Stylesheet Editor, which loads after the theme stylesheet loads (overwriting it). To do this, proceed as follows:
    1) In the admin page, go to Appearance --> Edit CSS
    2) Paste the following below the "Welcome to Custom CSS!" comment section (after the "*/") :

    .responsive-menu {
    display: initial;
    }

    Quick, easy, and update-proof! Enjoy!
