    The website we are designing: http://www.hillingdonfogbook.com is for a photographer. On the front page, he would like to see his full image displayed. At this point, when we put in the suggested 1600 x 1050, the bottom of the picture is cut off at the bottom. When we I change the ratio for the entire height to be included, there is white space on the left and right. You can see both examples on the site with picture 1 and 3.

    Any suggestions for allowing the full width and then being able to scroll down and see the full picture?

    Thanks,
    Turn Lane

    Sounds like things are working as expected...and you'll probably need some expert coding to change the way the theme works. Here are some notes from the Altitude Pro setup instructions:

    The Altitude Pro theme demo uses a 1600?—1050 pixel image for the each of the Front Page Background Images. Your Front Page Background images don’t need to be a specific size – the theme is responsive and will crop, shrink, and grow the image as needed.

    However, due to the nature of the effect applied to these Front Page Background Images, not all images will look correct. Images designed to serve as a backdrop will work best.

    @MoodyRiviera,

    Do you know where the code is to make a change to how much the background image is cropped?

    Thanks for any help,
    Turn Lane

    If anyone knows how to change the code to allow the full height of the home page pictures using a scroll, please let me know. Email me including your charges to make this happen. [email protected]

    Thanks,
