AgentPress Pro Theme-Additional Functionality

I'm working with a local real estate agent. I plan on using AgentPress Pro for his website. I think this will do pretty much everything he needs, but I'm unsure about one of his requests. He noted that several of his fellow Realtors have websites that will allow you to browse a few pages, but after a set number of pages the website will require the viewer to enter additional information (name, email address, and phone number) before you can continue viewing the site. These agents term this "lead generation."

Personally, I'm not crazy about this idea, but it's his website, not mine. Is there anyway to build this functionality into a Genesis AgentPress Pro theme? A plugin would be best, but if needed I'm happy to hire someone .

there are countless popup plugins or services available. Prices vary tremendously.

Plugins that prohibit further website exploration without first filling in a form?

Yes. I´m sure that not all of the ones I mentioned offer this, but many do.

FWIW I will leave a page that uses a forced optin popup to see more content...

So which plugin do Studio Press forum member prefer? I'd like to go with something that has a good reputation and is fairly well supported.

Many IDX service providers include features that allow you to control how and when a visitor must register to continue viewing additional IDX content. That's most likely what your real estate client is talking about.
