    Hello.
I have I site where I tryed to use a plug in with Facebook comments. That did not work. Then I try to activate comments in Theme options, and in the post options but non of this work either.
Is there a bug in the theme or is there something I miss?

    Anna:

If you have enabled comments in your Genesis Theme settings, and in your discussion settings, you then need to go to Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Edit > Select "Allow Comments" > Save.

Ok, thank´s - but it still doesn´t appear...
I just allowed discussions on 3 places. In my dashboard, in the theme and in the post. But no. It doesn´t work.

    Anna:

If you have enabled comments in all the correct locations, go ahead and deactivate all your plugins, to see if there is a plugin conflict.

If that doesn't resolve your issue, switch it to a default WordPress theme. If that doesn't resolve your issue, it's not a theme issue, or a Genesis Framework issue.

If switching to a default WordPress theme DOES resolve your issue, you should submit a ticket to StudioPress.

    Hello and thank´s.
I changed my site so I could try to experiment without showing it in public.
If I change theme the comments are visible.
    So I will contact StudioPress!
