Agency Pro: Home Top Widget button hyperlink doesn't work in Chrome?

Hi everyone,

Using Agency Pro child theme, WP 4.8.2, and Genesis 2.5.3.

All plugins are up to date.

In the Home Top widget, I've programmed the button (KEEP GOING) to link to #home-middle.

It works great in Safari, but not in Chrome 61 for Mac. I tested the SP site demo theme and found the same issue in Chrome, so I deactivated all of my Chrome extensions but didn't see anything different.

Anyone else encountering this issue? Thanks in advance.
