This morning I updated my website to Genesis 2.5.0. I updated other plugins at the same time. After all were updated I went to look at my site and saw that no pictures on any of my pages were showing. All other elements were elements were showing such as text and icons, but no pictures which come from the media library.

I deactivated all my plugins and then looked at the site again and still no pictures. Pictures are showing on my blog posts and all down the blog post archive page. Just no pictures on any other website pages.

I also got the url for a few pictures from the library and pasted it into my browser's address bar - they show fine in my browser, but will not display on my site's pages.

I am running pagebuilder widgets, using their hero images on these pages through those widget. This has worked fine for years now.

Would PageBuilder image widgets have been knocked out by this new update?

Some of the pages are showing images. It looks like the pages that arn't showing an image are referencing a url with a bad certificate. This is the image reference in the web development page (https://layouts.siteorigin.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/write-593333_1920.jpg#1920x1135).

Every page - EXCLUDING BLOG PAGES - has a hero image at the top of the page.

None of those are loading, or showing on any page.

That url is not part of my website. And I have no idea why that url is anywhere on my site.

All the hero images which should be loading should load from my media library. But after updating they are not.

I can see hero images on every page but "web Development" and "Internet Marketing." Try changing those pages hero image.

Also, you may want to clear the cache on your browser.

I cleared away those weird URLs and switched out a picture on one page and now they are all showing up again.

Thanks for showing me that URL. I was not seeing that!

    I think this is fixed.

Thanks for your help, ppilalas! I'm not quite sure what we did, but I'm not going to try to second guess it!

I think your slider/hero image plugin may have been updated, and it replaced the database entries with default content.

    That sounds about right.

Thank you very much for your help. Sometimes you just need a second pair of eyes!
