    I'm in need of a theme that has a shopping cart and is mobile responsive. I see Agency theme may fit this bill.

    However, if I were to buy one of the other themes on the site that did not already have an integrated cart, could I add one through WooCommerce or some other source?

    If so, would this integrate well with the existing theme? In other words, would the site still look consistent when you clicked on the "store" section of the site?

    Yes you can install WooCommerce in any theme.
