    Hi

    Wonder if anyone can help. I need to create a page that contains a disclaimer that must be read by any visitor to the page before they can enter their contact details. Same principle as a software download box, but at the end a visitor will then be able to enter their details and send a message.

    Its a legal requirement, for a specific site, so a sitewide disclaimer wont cut it.

    Any suggestions on how to achieve this? Im thinking either a form plugin or some sort of Meta Box

    Site is built on dev and this is a concept at this point 🙂
