Hi,
I was wondering if anyone uses a 301 Redirect WP Plugin, and if so would you recommend the one that you do use?

AnnI currently use the redirect manager in the Yoast SEO premium plugin. After experimenting with a couple 301 redirect plugins and the free version of Yoast SEO, it was just easier and less of a security risk to upgrade to the paid plugin.
The free version of Yoast SEO previously included a 301 redirect function, but due to a conflict within the plugin this has been moved to the premium version only.

Thanks Jonathan, I had seen the Yoast plugin but as you said it's premium only now.
I know you can write the redirects in the .htacess file - and the code I've seen looks fairly simple. I think I'm going to try that myself. Following is the code I've seen the most... and I'm going to try to verify that with someone that has done it before I do it.

AnnI've started testing out the Safe Redirect Manager plugin. It's appealing to me because it will import existing redirects from the Redirection plugin, which used to be awesome, but has become less effective with updates the dev has made over the past year or so.
