Right now I have three separate blog pages that pertain to three very different audiences: companies, job seekers, and news readers. What I think I'd like to do is set up each one with basically the same widgets but I want the widgets to have different content.

For example: on the company page, I'd like to show a custom menu that showcases job seekers. On the job seekers page, I'd like to show a custom menu that showcases jobs.

How do I do that? Or can I? Or do I even want to?

I'm still only roughing this site in so it's a little all over the place if you look at it.

You can use Genesis Simple Sidebars plugin to create and assign sidebars/widget areas to specific pages/posts.
