There is a major problem with my Generate Pro Theme when it comes to adding a post. When I add a image to a new post, it will show two of the exact same image twice in the post. If I delete the featured image and any image in the post, the image will still show up. So there is no way to remove the image and so I end up deleting the whole post to remove it. How can I fix this problem so only one image shows up in the post?
http://infusionvideo.com/Genesis uses the first image in the post as the featured image is non added using the featured image meta box.
Your theme is also coded to display the featured image before the content.
If you want to display a featured image before the content, don't add the image at the start of the post, use the featured image meta box.
If you want to add a image in your post, don't add it to the very beginning of the editor, add it after some content.
If you don't want to display a image before the content, remove the code from the functions file which adds it starting on line 91 of functions.php.
Hi Braddalton! I have text before the image and it still displays a image as the featured image. If I add a featured image and delete the featured image it still shows the old featured image.

I tested this solution and it removes the featured image regardless of whether one is added to the post or featured image box or has been added and is now removed.
