I've addressed this before. There is not going to be a solution similar to what most themes have which is a simple "upload logo" button. To someone relatively new to WordPress it's amazingly difficult to change the logo. With some themes you have to replace the logo.png file. This alone is near impossible for newbies who are unfamiliar with how to get into their hosting account, find their database, then rename/delete the existing file and upload a new one - also exactly named logo.png.
Other themes have you upload a header image - oh, but not just the logo, that's too simple. The entire header image meaning your logo needs to be set on a transparent canvass. Also near impossible for someone new.
But for some themes, also don't forget to go into your Genesis settings and change it from text to image.
Whoever creates the first "upload logo" plugin for Genesis will be a very popular person. It's an example of making something much harder than it has to be.
I love the site, very professionally done. The only issue I see is the "about" drop downs bleed off the site. Also, in Chrome "Home" seems to be kicked up. Image link below.
I'm loving the trend back to very clean sites. Very professional and easy to navigate. The only thing - and it's a matter of personal choice - is I'm not a fan of black and white header image of bricks. I'm not sure I understand what a brick wall is supposed to represent and my eyes can't stop looking at the image.

Very clean, very professional - spot on. I would only look into the spacing of the words in the "about" section.
Changing home middle to 100% if fine, but you have to change Home Right and Home Left to 0. Also, I don't know if there's already sample text in the home right/left widgets - if there is then just drag blank text widgets there.
I use Camtasia and have made a series of short videos, properly titled, that cover 90% of what they need to go. I found videos are better because they don't retain info giving them them verbally and have difficulty following written instructions. This alone has cut my support requests down by 80%. But built into my fee, I also make a video that walks them through their theme and how to make simple changes.
That said, it's verbally addressed and covered in my contract that all they can do is "simple updates" and I spell it out. If they choose to make design changes, changes in the style.css or add plugins without consulting me, I'm not liable and will charge to fix what they've broken.
StudioPress seems to have an affinity for the color black. It's the first thing I have to change and not really appealing to to many people who are out shopping for themes. When I send my clients to SP to look for themes I have to remind them to "imagine them without any black."
