If I am then you need to locate the following code in your
( Style.css )input:hover[type="button"], input:hover[type="submit"], a.more-link:hover { background: url(images/button.png) 0 -40px; cursor: pointer; }
What you're going to need to do is access your CPANEL and locate the ( images/button.png ) image in your theme
( image ) directory and simply change the color of that button to anything of your choice.After you do that you will need to upload that new image and replace the old one with the new one, refresh the page and you should be good to go. Hope this will help

I don't no about reverting back to 1.9 but I would think if you have your copy of Genesis 1.9 you could install it but it may cause your website to break.
