I changed the title of my site to the same as demo, compare the two

I thought it looked the same before I tried to add an image logo and then deleted it, but maybe I just wan't paying attention.

On the demo site the text title is in line with the menu, but on my site the title is above the menu. Just wondered why and if this can be changed so that it is on a level with the menu. Also the menu is left aligned instead of right aligned.
