    I deleted the Genesis Latest Posts off the widget area and I still can't get the latest posts (which are in full context) off the front page. Sigh..

    Any help gladly appreciated in detail. I don't speak developer (plain English with NO code), so anyone with a heart that can give me some directions I would be forever grateful.

    Try 

    remove_action( 'genesis_loop', 'genesis_do_loop' );

    Add to your front-page.php or home.php file.
