There is thread about this in the Genesis WordPress Facebook group. This is what David Vogelpohl (WPEngine) says about the key:
...the key is not necessary to run the plugins. That key enables auto updates. Pro Plus customers will have unlimited access to updates for Genesis Blocks / Custom Blocks Pro in the StudioPress portal just like you do premium themes.
Further in the thread, someone asked about updating many sites manually. That's the way it will be for the time being until WPEngine can provide a way to auto update the plugins for ProPlus users.

What do you mean by this? this is not a studio press support??
The community forum is not an official Studio Press support site. All questions answered here are provided by community volunteers. We are end users just like you without any affiliation to Studio Press.
You can open a support ticket here: https://my.studiopress.com/help/
There's a class in your page's body element for genesis-breadcrumbs-hidden. This means you have some setting somewhere that is hiding the breadcrumbs from displaying. I suggest you go through the standard troubleshooting steps since this is related to your site only. It is not an issue with the theme or framework because it all works in my development environment.
Worst case, you may have to hire a developer to provide a deeper level of troubleshooting.

This has to be something related to your environment only, otherwise everyone would have the same issue and there have been no other reports of this problem. You have to either contact your host or hire someone to look at your site. The problem you are reporting is beyond the scope of help I can provide as a community volunteer. Did you open a support ticket with Studio Press?
Maker Pro is not a Studio Press theme. It is a Community theme developed by Bloom. Community developers support their themes directly. As the creators, they will be most familiar with the theme and be able to provide you with the best support.
To access the setup documentation for this third party theme, see Maker Pro Theme Setup.
If you have any trouble, please contact the Bloom support team.

The error you are receiving means that WordPress is loading jQuery after the Framework. jQuery should be loaded first. THe likely cause is a caching or optimization plugin or process that may be running on your server or through Cloudflare. Whatever the case, this isn't an issue with the Genesis Framework or your child theme, both of which depend on WordPress loading it's files in the correct order.
It probably won't work with Genesis. Webflow is a WordPress replacement. You have to use the Webflow plugin for WordPress is you want to run webflow pages within WordPress.
Child themes are rarely, if ever, updated. They are never updated automatically. If an updated child theme is released, updating is a manual process that requires comparing what's new with your customizations and deciding if it's worth upgrading or not.
Child themes aren't updated regularly because the functionality is built into the Genesis Framework. The Framework is updated regularly, but it has no impact on your child theme.
"will the entries still be included" - What entries are you asking about? Posts, pages, or the edits you make to the style sheet?
Posts and pages are stored in the WordPress database. Changing or updating a theme has no impact on content. If you're asking about the style sheet, this is where the manual comparison is required.

You have to apply the list-style-type to both the ol and li elements. You're only applying it to the ol element and dynamic's css is providing the decimal for the li elements.
"Will the never ending march to current versions of PhP come into play here?"
Probably, I wouldn't upgrade PHP to version 8.x unless all of the components are up to date.
"Will this old theme finally reach its end because of server issues?"
Most likely, yes.
