Not using a plugin. Just the option to create a gallery within a post in wordpress...

Hi there! Sorry, I had a big issue with my site once I tried to move my name servers over to Bluehost so had to deal with that...ugh

So, I have tried to erase and redo the gallery to the same affect...I have been asking around and the consensus seems to be that the gallery is a wordpress feature not a theme feature. And there is nothing in the stylesheet about it, so I would need to add something to fix it to be centered...and I have NO idea where to even begin with that. So I may just not be able to use them or just have to deal with them being unsightly...

Heres an example of a post with one that has 3 square tiles but aligned left:
