ParticipantHi there,
You'd want to create a price taxonomy and then enter different ranges. Next, go to the detail on your listing and click the check box next to the price range that property falls into. As long as Price is checked as one of your search items, the property will come up in search results when that range is selected.
You can read more about this on the AgentPress Pro setup docs here:

ParticipantHi there,
I would check out Rafal's site :
Rafal is the designer for many of the StudioPress themes. He offers free content on his site to help designers and will soon be offering further instruction for PSD to Genesis. in the meantime, you might check out Carrie Dil's videos on Lynda.com or Jesse Peterson on Treehouse for Genesis specific instruction.

ParticipantHi Jack,
You'll need a lightbox plugin. The demo uses the jQuery Lightbox for Native Galleries and the link to download is on the setup page here:
http://my.studiopress.com/setup/agentpress-pro-theme/first-steps/pre-installation-setup/
This plugin will make use of existing WordPress galleries. To create a gallery, upload your photos for the the listing so they are in your Media library, then in your library click on Create Gallery and select your photos. One other tip, the lightbox plugin has a few different "themes" they call it on their settings to show a white our black background while viewing. You can experiment and choose the one you like best.

ParticipantHi Jim,
Is this still an issue? If not can you be so kind as to mark it resolved? Thank you!

ParticipantHi Neal,
For rule #1, the only problem with that is if you ever decided to stop using the Jetpack plugin, or removed it from your site, the contents of your "Edit CSS" would go away with it.
For rule #2, this would , like rule #1, have your CSS is scattered in many different places. I recommend thinking of the styles as a flow that covers it site-wide. You might end up repeating CSS on pages that could possibly be listed once in the actual style.css file.
My recommendation is: #1, always keep current backups of your site including the content and your database on the backend. If you have current backups then you can almost always recover if something goes wonky.
As far as making changes in your style.css or your functions.php files, I would keep everything in one place. Each time you'd go to make a change, just make a quick copy of the file prior to changing it and you'll be fine. Also, and probably most important, do not do cowboy coding 🙂 By this I mean editing those files from within Appearance > Edit in your WP Dashboard. If you make a typo you can cause your site to white screen where you cannot access your Dashboard at all.
See this helpful post by Genesis recommended developer Carrie Dills on best practices for editing your site. Basically become familiar with FTP or some way to access the files no your site outside of the WP dashboard and you'll be in good shape.

ParticipantHi Mark,
I understand what you mean in that I have heard the homepage referred to as a landing page. Landing pages are used for lead-generating and / or a specific call to action, pages you would include in a promotion for example. If you were promoting an event at your business, you might create a specific landing page that talked only about the event and presented no headers, footers, sidebars or anything else to attract the attention away from the subject matter. These URLs might then be used in paid promotions. Landing page templates usually have almost everything removed from them accept perhaps a background image or a small content window.
The front page in a Genesis child theme is the home page, or the first page of your actual site. While you do not have to have a front page (it can start with your blog page) most of the Genesis themes have them to load up the widgets that comprise the many moving parts.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantHi Kevin,
If you're still wanting to do this I would check out the Genesis Grid Loop plugin:
Also there are many tutorials if you search on the plugin name and also whitespace pro to help implement.

ParticipantHi there,
I believe the listings are shown in order by the date they were inserted or edited. I have used this plugin to reorder them in the way that I'd like:
You may have to play around with the settings to always get a certain group of listings to show on the featured listings area on the home page.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantHi there,
Not sure if this is still an issue for you, but to control what shows on your home page in Minimum Pro of your posts, this is set in Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archives in your WordPress admin. There you control how much of the blog post shows and whether to show a featured image.
