ParticipantHi nutsandbolts
Forgot to mention that I'd unchecking and checking this box for threaded replies to see if it made a difference which it does not
tafita
ParticipantI'm adding additional comentary here because I am still having problems with this issue but I've found out what has been happening.
Essentially, the cache plugins I have been using (quick cache lite) was interfereing with the blog's RSS feed which in turn meant that it would prevent the blog post from showing up on the blog posts page. As soon as I DELETED it and updated the most recent post, not only did the post show up on the blog posts page, my social media accounts were updated with the goo.gl/fb yrl shortner. There had been a delay of 9 hours because of this.
When I published a post last Friday, the feed did not update for 24 hours which is why I've spent time getting to the bottom of this.
I've now reinstalled WP Super Cache and am due to publish another post this week so I'll see how long the feed takes to update and report back here.

Participantno worries I've managed to locate where in the stylesheet it needed tweaking 🙂
Thank you

ParticipantBasically need the nav bar to lineup like this: http://sharesandstockmarkets.com/
If removing line 2265 will do the trick could you advise how I could do that?
Regards
tafita
ParticipantNevermind, I've managed to get authorship working by adding it in the settings > sharing and connecting my G+ profile.
Two weeks.
The pain is finally over.
tafita
Participantdid that and still nothing, its been weeks now not sure what else to do
tafita
ParticipantOK this thread can be closed I've found the solution: in Genesis > theme settings I've unticked the 'by default remove titles in the page post type'. Silly.
tafita
ParticipantTo be honest I've got bits of code from this forum from all sorts of issues that I've had with Genesis.

It's in my user profile in wordpress so I don't understand why it doesn't show up either
tafita
ParticipantThanks Sridhar, worked a treat 🙂

ParticipantHey Anand did you manage to fix this as I also have this issue?
tafita
ParticipantOK so I deactivated and deleted W3 total cache and installed quick cache and everything works fine so far
tafita
ParticipantIt should be listed on your plugins page
tafita
ParticipantTrue but I'm still experimenting with it to see how it performs. If it still gives me problems a week from now it's history.
tafita
ParticipantHi Anita
I was also going to delete W3 Total Cache until I purged the blog post page which seems to have done the trick. I can't help thinking that all of the pages need to be cleared in this way also although I haven't checked.
tafita
ParticipantFor anyone who is interested the only way around this issue is to go back through all of the posts and insert an image with the new content width settings. Massive time suck.
tafita
ParticipantDid this issue ever get resolved? Is there a workaround?
tafita
ParticipantThanks auzdafluff your code worked immediately 🙂
Trouble is it magnified all images within posts to 100% width which made individual posts so I've removed the code.
I used the regenerate plugin before this but it did nothing.
I've also since found that the content width in the current theme is 680 so I'll upload images using this width moving forward.
tafita
ParticipantOk thanks that worked 🙂
