Your description needs to be longer. Read this blog post about how to write one. http://www.seomoz.org/learn-seo/meta-description

From the looks of your source code, it looks like you created a title for the meta description.

Biographies de Personnes - Entreprises - Collectivités

The description should be 1 or 2 very short sentences.  An example of a good description I'll take from the StudioPress homepage. This what they have.

Title: Premium WordPress Themes by StudioPress
Description: Professionally designed premium WordPress themes. StudioPress developed Genesis, which is the industry standard in WordPress design frameworks.
This is how it looks when there homepage get's indexed. https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site%3Astudiopress.com&oq=site%3Astudiopress.com&gs_l=serp.3...9494.9942.0.10657.2.2.0.0.0.0.62.122.2.2.0...0.0...1c.1.8.serp.qCigdx83i_Y

What version are you running. The latest version is v.1.1

What genesis framework version are you running as well? Is it the latest one>?

I'm using IE9 to view the blogs and really don't see any layout issue's. What exactly is the problem? Maybe a screenshot would help us.

Also what version of IE are you using to view the blog?

I've been using metro since it was released and never scene this error message anywhere in my dashboard. Could be related to a plugin you have enabled or changes you have made to one of the theme files that's causing this.

Are you running the latest version of Genesis Framework?

What doesn't work? Please explain what exactly isn't working.

Do you see settings in your genesis tab for the SEO settings?

Did you create the sticky menu with the links to your pages in your "menu" area in your admin dashboard? (It's in the appearance tab)

Here is what I have setup in this section for my sticky menu.

    Primary  Nav: sticky

secondary nav: menu 1  (I named my custom menu.. menu 1.) Link is in my signature to see the menu in action.

Just to ask this, did you follow Brian's advice in inserting the codes in the named templates he mentioned in this blog post?

I posted a blog comment on his blog about making this sticky menu mobile responsive.

To put up an adsense block next to your logo. Go to your widget's section, move an "TEXT" widget box to your  HEADER RIGHT widget and stick the adsense code in it.

I got my username changed, got a good web host (websynthesis.com) and also using cloudflare.com on my blog.

Here more tips, your wordpress admin password, make sure it's not the same as other passwords you use online. If a hacker get's one of your passwords, that person will try it out on accounts that you have online when they find out. Passwords should be long with letters and number's.

The blog post below is a good read with some basic security things to do/keep in mind on top of the advice given so far in this thread.

    http://wptribe.net/wordpress-security-tips/

Mainly make sure your plugins and wordpress version is up to date. Make sure you have a backup plugin installed to do backups of your blog at least once a week. Why do you do this? Well if by some odd reason your blog get's hacked or you mess up the blog by editing some coding, you have a backup on hand that isn't old and you won't lose to much data. My web host that I mentioned has a lot of good security features in which I can feel safe from a hosting standpoint and backups.

Welcome to the forum and to the StudioPress fan club. lol

At first I was confused when installing my theme a few years ago but with the help of the forum members, moderators and staff I began to learn how to do things. If you need help, search this forum. Chances are there the answer might be posted already.

Don't be shy, if you need help just start a thread or you could use the ticket system to get 1 on 1 support with support which is also very good.

No need to bump your thread so early.  Questions like this, you should ask the staff via. ticket system. http://my.studiopress.com/help/

I know in order to use the ticket system to get 1 on 1 support with the staff, you need to be a licensed member.

Most of the moderators are doing support through the ticket system and not always read every thread on this forum. I know a faster way to get a moderator's response is to create a thread in the suggestions/feedback section.

    http://www.studiopress.community/forum/suggestions/

    Or contact a moderator/staff member at: http://my.studiopress.com/help/

I bought the same package as you a little awhile ago and interested in the feedback from StudioPress.

I had trouble as well but since I have the Jetpack plugin installed, I just enabled the "Extra Sidebar Widgets" and using the  "facebook like box" widget in my side bar.
