So, the caps thing is fixed in Microsoft Edge, but not in Chrome.

Menus are still bold, though.

Why does it look different in Chrome?

No, all the menu items & post titles are still all caps.

Also, the menu is still in bold, but this particular font doesn't reflect that as much.
