I'm looking for the same solution.
scotmMemberView source for the demo, copy both css files to your theme in place of the existing css, and boom it works.
Someone should simply fix the download with the demo css.
scotmMemberWouldn't the solution be StudioPress responding and fixing the break points on standard monitors?
scotmMemberWicked!
Thanks so much.
September 12, 2013 at 8:31 pm in reply to: Minimum Pro – Adding Section Divider On Front Page? #62175scotmMemberThat line is simply a border in your css file. Look for a 5px border or something to that effect for .home-featured in your style.css file.
September 12, 2013 at 8:18 pm in reply to: Where is Setting for Number of Posts in Minimum Pro Theme Front Page? #62171scotmMemberCheck the functions.php file. I believe it's set to 6.
scotmMemberGotcha. Well if you're using Genesis I'm surprised the Genesis Responsive Video plugin doesn't work for you. Have you de-activated any other plugins that might cause a conflict, such as another responsive video solution?
scotmMemberRE: embedresponsively.com
Simply select YouTube, paste your YouTube video url, click, and the embed code is generated.
scotmMemberWorth a try: http://embedresponsively.com/
scotmMemberTry this solution. Works great for me with 2.0:
scotmMemberFolks
I think it's a worthy discussion. I also think it speaks to opportunity. Seize the day!
scotmMemberFound an example there from Brad that worked. For others:
/** Force Full Width Layout On All Posts In A Category (Uses Category I.D*/
add_filter( 'genesis_pre_get_option_site_layout', 'full_width_layout_category_posts' );
/**
* @author Brad Dalton
* @link http://wpsites.net/web-design/change-layout-genesis/
*/
function full_width_layout_category_posts( $opt ) {
if ( in_category('8') && !is_archive() ) {
$opt = 'full-width-content';
return $opt;}
}Cheers!

scotmMemberNot yet. Still working on this...
September 5, 2013 at 5:39 pm in reply to: Code snippet to remove nav on home page only, not inside pages #60964scotmMemberI've tried this to remove the primary nav on Minimum Pro but it doesn't work even though it looks correct. Perhaps because it already repositions the primary nav in the functions.php. file?
September 5, 2013 at 12:34 pm in reply to: Minimum Pro – Replace Site Tagline with Page Title #60901scotmMemberWorks great! Trying to add the same for categories and posts. Adding || is_single() works fine but || is_category() or || is_archive() displays the latest post in the category.
scotmMemberI'm using "type" for testing purposes only and had seen the potential conflict with the names. So you're saying, for example, to try:
".post-type-taxonomy-portfolio-type .entry" to replace an instance of ".post-type-archive-portfolio .entry"
This doesn't appear to work. Curious that firebug shows the <div class="portfolio-image"> in the portfolio archive template but there's no reference to that in the stylesheet.
scotmMemberYes I figured that would be the route to go, but was unsure of the class name to use for the taxonomy when duplicating the css (e.g. post-type-archive-portfolio-type).
scotmMemberLook around for some mention of customizing the Genesis Grid Loop and I think you might find a solution. This one might do it for you: http://genesis.mywsiportal.com/genesis-grid-loop-htm/
Let me know how you get along.
scotmMemberI believe that plugin is for posts that do not already have a featured image which may be OK depending upon your theme, etc.
