So just tested it on Chrome on Mac -- and it does not center in the browser when the page is refreshed 🙁 So this is a big annoyance. I wonder how to fix it?

Wow, glad to hear that !!! I too was concerned about the centering in my browsers.

Yes, I would like to see "Infinite Scroll" added to all Genesis themes please.

I don't have it on a site at the moment sorry........ when I did the "Inspect Element" showed it as 8 pt.
