MemberThanks both!

MemberI did use that, but it pushed the header up also, and created a wide white area beneath it.

MemberWow - still no response?

MemberI'm still interested in the answer to this question. I'd especially like to see if it would be mobile responsive.
PresterJohn
MemberIt is, but I kind of cheated. I used Responsive Full Width Background Slider, made the Home Top Widget transparent, and then added the code (which does not submit for some reason - it's not the code. It works on other sites).
I want to install a NEW widget area that is layered about the Home Top Widget, so I don't have to worry about using only that slider.
That is my question. The jrroren.nationalseoexperts.com site is an example of it, and a good responsive example at that!
Can you help?

MemberThanks. I'm trying something different and it appears to be working.
The problem appears to have been with MetaSlider Pro. Sorry for the trouble.

MemberWhen I look at it, the slider displays but nothing else besides the navbar and header.
Please refresh and look again. Thank you.

MemberI switched the images back and forth, and somehow they are all even now. No one was answering, so I just closed the thread.
It used to be that these forums were a great place for help. I've not had success here lately, sorry to say.

MemberI see that removing Prose extras does restore the Secondary Sidebar.
I guess I will have to work without it.
PresterJohn
MemberYes, it is installed.
