I'm not sure what the setup is in the Business Pro theme, but if it doesn't give you that option, you can see where it has been disabled in the theme.

where can I see this?

Figured it out. It was the sticky feature being used. Ugh. Thanks for the response

And kind of related, but the Edit tab under Appearance is not there?
