Yep - as explained on the page that all of those links redirect to:
I have recently niched-down my business and no longer offer premium WordPress themes. I strongly suggest checking out StudioPress for your theme needs or give me a shout and I’d love to work with you on a custom site.
It's been a few years since they were available.

Designing, Developing & Creating with WordPressJune 22, 2020 at 6:31 pm in reply to: New WordPress Hosting Site – Made with Genesis Of Course #499486WhiteleyDesignsMemberHey Susan - I bought out my partner and everything now runs under Whiteley Designs now. This post is over 3 years old and CPM has been gone for about 2 years or so. No more Creative Pixels Media. This post can be deleted if you see fit.
Cheers!

Designing, Developing & Creating with WordPressWhiteleyDesignsMemberHey Mitch,
IMO it looks a bit dated. The graphics seem a little older-style and the top section of the home page is quite busy. Also (using Chrome) your navigation links are the same color as the backgrounds, so they are invisible until you hover over the links. I notice the same issue in the footer.
You've got some good content overall and a nice layout on the Genesis Themes page. The blog layout is simple and to the point, so that is good.
I may suggest changing the button styles a bit. I'm not 100% sure blue links on green background is good for accessibility.
All-in-all I think it is a solid start - some tweaking could certainly help improve!
All the best!
Matt

Designing, Developing & Creating with WordPressWhiteleyDesignsMemberFYI - I've bought out Creative Pixels Media from my business partner so everything will be migrating over to my main site, Whiteley Designs. So, if anyone else should want to purchase, save yourself a migration and go directly to the sales page on my site:

Cheers!

Designing, Developing & Creating with WordPressWhiteleyDesignsMemberWhiteleyDesignsMemberHey Indika,
Thank you for the feedback! I do think reducing the size of the post titles is a good idea. They are <h2> tags which are that size throughout the site, but they do look a little oversized there.
Again - thank you for taking the time to take a look! I certainly appreciate it!
Cheers,
Matt

Designing, Developing & Creating with WordPressWhiteleyDesignsMemberThanks for the feedback! I understand what you're saying. I think I like the one word headers better -- keeps it uniform, but I certainly understand what you mean.
Thanks for the compliments on the other sites as well!

Designing, Developing & Creating with WordPressWhiteleyDesignsMemberGreetings and thanks for the reply. If you don't mine me asking - can you be more specific as to what you mean by "a bit messy"? It's a pretty simple site so I'm curious what you mean.
Thanks.

Designing, Developing & Creating with WordPressWhiteleyDesignsMemberI see what you mean - under the 'Blog Posts' further down the page.
The images for each blog have a class of 'alignnone' when it should be 'alignleft'. I don't know how the settings work on the back end of that theme, but you need to set the post thumbnail to alignleft.
or with some CSS:
.home article.post a.alignnone { float: left; margin: 0 24px 24px 0; } .home article.post .entry-header { float: left; }

Designing, Developing & Creating with WordPressWhiteleyDesignsMemberFeel free to shoot me a message or email [email protected]. I don't really focus on SEO but my business partner that works with me on our hosting company spends a lot of time with SEO and handles it for all of our clients. He'd be happy to talk to you.
The company he owns with me is https://creativepixelsmedia.com.

Designing, Developing & Creating with WordPressSeptember 16, 2016 at 11:05 am in reply to: When does theme modification become a custom theme? #193248WhiteleyDesignsMemberPersonally, if I am modifying a child theme that was already created, I probably wouldn't classify it as a custom theme. I would suggest creating a base child theme on your own, and custom building from there, thus each of your projects would be a "custom theme". I have a base child theme and a core functionality plugin that I've built (you're welcome to fork - they're linked below), and each of my builds essentially starts with:
Themes:
Genesis Framework
Custom Base ThemePlugins:
Advanced Custom Fields
Gravity Forms
Core functionality pluginHope that helps!
