ParticipantThanks again. It is now showing across all. I had cleared and used an incognito tab, that was odd. I pulled a different PC and that worked.

ParticipantThanks Victor. I update as you mentioned but I am still seeing the white space.

ParticipantHey Brad, I got this to work, but the nav menu no longer clings to the top as you scroll, there is the space there that the sticky message filled per screenshots below.
Before scroll:

Is there a simple fix to force the nav menu back up to the top as you scroll down? Thanks-

ParticipantIs it possible to have the text I added in the before_header section as showing, but then as you scroll for the nav menu to remain at the very top of the page? In adding this text, it pushes the nav menu down into this undesirable fixed position leaving a gap at the top as you scroll. Also trying to remove such some of the gap between the two areas, really want that top line to rest with minimal gap.
Thanks for any help or ideas-

ParticipantDidn't have much luck putting it underneath instead. Trying to reduce space in between the new text inserted and nav menu and then getting the nav menu to stick to the very top when scrolling.

ParticipantThank you jchai. Looks like a promising plugin. I am first going to try and move the position of the content beneath the header how I currently have it and see if that happens to resolve the placement of the header. If I can't get it like I want, I will check out blox lite as an alternative.

ParticipantI had to do some digging, but did find some cache tools from host, they just don't advertise it or make it simple to see within their own tools. I had to do so within the wp-content folder, but have taken care of those, so you should see it now. Thanks again for your help.

ParticipantThanks Victor. I do not have any caching plugins installed. I checked my own hosting cpanel and do not see anything server-side but will reach out to them as well. Seeing the changes on multiple networks and devices here. Thank you.

ParticipantThanks Victor, I placed it again on the site so you can see with conditional tag of home page only. I took code from nav menu section and was able to match the font and color desired and to get it centered. Based on what I see now, here is what I am trying to accomplish:
1) Remove some of the spacing between this text and header. Just needs to float on top with a small amount of padding.
2) This created a new problem as you scroll, the header now does not remain fixed at the very top of the page, it's a little lower as you scroll down and is not desirable. Thanks for any help you can provide.

ParticipantThanks Victor. The width of the .nav-primary is the issue. The address at the top is something the client specifically wants although I advised against it, especially since there is an embedded map on the page already. Just a preview site at this point, thanks.

ParticipantQuick bump, thanks for the help if you can...

ParticipantThanks Christoph, that didn't quite workout, there was a top and right margin set within the CSS, it was cutting off the image when I added this. I just removed the margin and that works ok, I would still prefer the image to be centered to the left no matter if there are 2,3, or 4 lines of supporting text. I've submitted a ticket for additional info as well. Thanks!

ParticipantIf it helps, the end result would be like this site where the CSS was edited to achieve this look. It also appears that their logo area is much larger than the default size - is that an easy fix as well?
Screenshot clip from that site:

ParticipantThanks Sanaa - if I remove the widgets, then the images show with no content overlaid, which is fine. I originally planned to try and place text over the top of some the images, so had considered changing the code to remove this default action.
I actually like this approach better - one of the sites on the cafe pro showcase - it looks like they swapped the code to show in the solid color areas in between the images instead. If anyone can point me to the right code and what to look for, it would be appreciated! I'll figure it out on a test site, just hoping to get a jump on it. Thanks again-

ParticipantThanks, I want the widget area with the background images, I am simply trying to remove the text block from appearing and instead replace with text over the image. In other words, mimic what goes on in the title where you can replace with a logo, except just replacing with text.

ParticipantAnyone? 😉

ParticipantI've got a video hosting plan in place. As mentioned it's Cafe Pro theme. Any tutorials or steps associated with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

ParticipantHey Gina, looks like you got it figured out and I was hoping to try the same thing. Can you update with how you got the video up? Thanks!
