Thanks again, Victor Font!
For some peculiar reason my brain decided to consequently neglect the link to the front page 3 widget area instructions. *off to my GP to order a CT scan to check for brain haemorrage*
On a more serious note, thanks for your help and patience - much appreciated!
Kind regards,
MartinmbsvendsenMemberThank you, Victor Font!
I have now added the code from line 291 in custom CSS. However, I can't figure out where to enter the "01" and how to assign the span class to that text. Could you please point me in the right direction?
Cheers,

The code actually doesn't do anything. The menu is still visible on the specified pages.
mbsvendsenMemberOn second thought, I am guessing the the low res and the hi res images are being pulled differently. One via the functions.php code and the other as a css-guided background image (which would noe be a clickable link?).
What I want is to replace the low res logo with a high res clickable logo link on retina displays. Again, any tips would be greatly appreciated!
mbsvendsenMemberDisabling Cloudflare (CDN) did the trick! Thanks a lot!
mbsvendsenMemberThanks MoodyRiviera! The same thing occurs in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Sounds weird to me that the ISP all of a sudden should become so slow. Will try and disable my CDN, let you know how it goes.
mbsvendsenMemberThanks Victor. I don't use any cache plugins. But I did recently register the page with the CDN Cloudflare. Could this possibly be the reason?
mbsvendsenMemberProblem now solved.
I don't know what went wrong, but the problem seemed to lie with that one particular post and its permalink & name. A needed to create new posts with both a different post title and different permalink, then it's working again.
mbsvendsenMemberHi SavvyJackie,
clicking View Post from within edit post resulted in the same thing, sent me to my home page, not the post. I am getting the impression it might have something to do with that exact post title. Created a new post with a different name that seems to be working properly for now.
mbsvendsenMemberUpdate - other child themes generate the same message. It appears my installation of Genesis framework is not recognized by the child themes, although it displays properly in front page.
mbsvendsenMemberThat did the trick. Thanks a lot, WisdmLabs!
mbsvendsenMemberHi William!
That is indeed useful. Unfortunately, the plugin does not solve my problem. I want to display the grid loop on my front page below other page content. This plugin appears to apply to blog and archive pages only.
Does anyone know of a way to insert a blog grid below other page content, such as via a widget?
mbsvendsenMemberYou are correct. But I simply added a custom class for that individual page to make it specific for that page.
Thanks again!
mbsvendsenMemberRemoving
body.header-center
from your code did the trick. Thanks, Craig!
mbsvendsenMemberThanks, Craig!
I just gave that a go, unfortunately nothing happend. I also tried adding !important after. Any clues as to why no changes occured?
mbsvendsenMemberThanks, genwrock! 🙂
mbsvendsenMemberThat worked perfectly, thank you @pepacobos!
mbsvendsenMemberOh, I was not aware of those. Kind of new to Genesis. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, will try and read up on them and see if I can work it out 🙂
mbsvendsenMemberI too wish to change my menu.
However, I would like title area and the menu to simply disappear when scrolling down the page. Just like the rest of the site content does.
In other words, a menu that is neither fixed, nor responsive.
Thanks in advance for any pointers!
