MemberIt sure would be nice to know what the resolution was. This is precisely the problem I'm seeing right now on eleven40 Pro.

MemberNot sure what you mean by well-publized. But I sure do appreciate you noting it here. I was about to rip down the entire WordPress instance and start over.
Because I've not seen it characterized anywhere (perhaps it's here--if so, the site search isn't very good), I'll describe it.
Within the latest (2.2.0) Genesis and Eleven40 Pro theme, within the Admin area, I select
Appearance
Menus
Then I try to add menus by specifying published pages.
Those pages can be moved to a "sub" (menu) position, i.e., one indentation to the right. However, when I select "Save Menu", the most-recently-added menus move to far left--each refuses to be sub item. After reading your comment, I opened Safari, logged in, and immediately notice that the behavior is gone. HOWEVER, when I checked my work, the old damaged headers are still displayed. What had been five menus, each with 1-3 drop-downs, are now three menus with no drop-downs.
I've read elsewhere that Yoast SEO breaks Genesis menus. That was installed and activated, but since deactivated.
Also, Genesis Title Toggle was installed but is now deactivated.I can't think of anything to do but blow away the instance and start over. If by chance you read this before I do just that, the site is: http://www.lifescreation.com/
