Problem solved by moving the Genesis Featured Posts from the Home-Top widget, to the Home-Middle widget, which automatically displays the posts in two columns.
marpMemberSolved. Added to enews css: border-bottom: none;
July 9, 2019 at 7:31 am in reply to: Remove the Category Title in Category Archives in Magazine Pro? #492223marpMemberThanks, I appreciate your help. I ended up deciding not to remove it after all, figured out a different solution that integrates the category title.
marpMemberThanks Terry, that worked!
The only issue now is that the category description and image display above the category title, which doesn't make sense.
Can you suggest how I would get the title to display at the top?
Or, is there a way to hide the category title altogether?
June 19, 2019 at 5:25 pm in reply to: Genesis Featured Posts: How to add a line between posts? #491723marpMemberThanks Anita. I'm using Magazine Pro theme. The site is anxietyreliefproject.com. The home page is where the Genesis Recent Posts widget in being used, in the main stream at the top and bottom.
marpMemberThanks for this. Well, it doesnt' work. The code they are suggesting
a:hover { color: hotpink;
is the same code from the magazing pro css. But it doesn't work on my site. When I hover over the link, it stays the same color blue as the link, which is set by the previous block of code in the css file:
a { background-color: inherit; color: #289fce; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none;
marpMemberOk that makes sense. Thank you Victor!
marpMemberThanks for your help. One question though, I did not change the header widget width, it is the magazine pro theme default. So how did it become too wide? It was ok before I added the search form, so now I'm starting to worry that I'm going to create a spiral of edits and end up creating more problems.
marpMemberHowever, I just realized that the code, while it brought the logo back to the center, caused the logo to stop linking to the home page. Here is the site: anxietyreliefproject dot com
marpMemberThank you. Actually that's OK, I figured out how to move the search form lower.
marpMemberThanks, that did the trick!
Hmmm, now that presents another question. Do you know, how I can edit the css for the search form location, and style? I'd like to drop it down lower closer to the navigation. And make it smaller.
marpMemberOk I'll give that a try, thank you.
marpMemberThanks very much for your help. A few days ago, suddenly I stumbled upon the right size, which displays clearly and at the size I want.

I did install the plugin and successfully add the widget sign up form for my Mailchimp sign up. The sign up form is much nicer looking than what was displaying previously.

June 18, 2018 at 11:12 am in reply to: Magazine Theme: How to center site title and menu items #220947marpMemberHello braddalto. I've been trying to center the contents of my main navigation menu in magazing pro. I followed the instructions on the link you posted https://wpsites.net/web-design/center-align-nav-menu/ but hasn't worked for my site.
I did find the sections for .nav-primary { in the css file, and tried adding the code text-align: center; there, but the menu contents didn't budge. Any other suggestions?
