Can't I modify them in a child theme, of course I didn't change them in the parent theme. I thought that would keep changes from getting lost. Also, still I have no clue where my navigation is called... I will check the link later, thank you

Thank you for your detailed answer.

I switched to an wordpress theme and the site worked flawless.
Deactivating the plugins didn't bring any change.

I found the error was that the script code was in my front-page.php becaue I tried to implement it myself and that caused the issue, i was pretty sure I had it deleted... my stupid.

how could I add script code to the wp_head manually without the genesis function?

    Thank you for your answer.
It turns out I actually uploaded it to the wrong child theme, I had 2 in my folder and confused them.

So yes, in fact the code is working as described.

    I didn't buy a theme yet.

I bought the Genesis Framework and joined Studiopress expecting a very active and open community,
I wanted to buy the Pro Plus All-Theme bundle because I read so much great stuff about Genesis. Now I am a bit worried as I still have no answer in my thread, I didn't expect that.
Am I maybe comitting too fast?

Who would recommend buying the bundle and why?

I just stumpled upon this theme, any opinions?

I realised that on my Phone the dummy logo is not shown correctly, it is completely blurred and cut off.
    Is this a red flag?
