April 12, 2019 at 11:42 am in reply to: Z-index not working on front-page-1 Studio Pro theme #490631MarijnParticipantAlright, sorry.
I want the image inside this widget (liposoma-technology-1):
<div class="liposoma-technology-1 widget-area" id="liposoma-technology-1"> <div class="wrap"> <section id="custom_html-12" class="widget_text widget widget_custom_html"> <div class="widget_text widget-wrap"> <div class="textwidget custom-html-widget"> <div class="liposomen-image"><img src="/new/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/liposomen.png" alt="Liposomes" scale="0"> </div>
to overlap front-page-1, there are no widgets at the bottom so it seems to me that .front-page-1.hero-section needs to be adjusted but I can't get it to work:
<div class="front-page-1 hero-section" role="banner"> <div id="wp-custom-header" class="wp-custom-header"> <img src="/uploads/2019/04/cropped-technology-bg.jpg" width="1500" height="784" alt="Technology</div> <div class="wrap"> <section id="custom_html-3" class="widget_text widget widget_custom_html"> <div class="widget_text widget-wrap"> <div class="textwidget custom-html-widget"> <h2>text</h2> <h4>text</h4> <a href="#second"><i class="fas fa-angle-down"></i></a></div></div></section> <section id="custom_html-7" class="widget_text widget widget_custom_html"><div class="widget_text widget-wrap"><div class="textwidget custom-html-widget"><div class="usp" id="second"> <div class="container"> <div class="left first"> <img src="/uploads/2019/04/liposomal-formulas.png" alt="experience" class="icons-usp"> </div> <div class="right"> <p>text</p> </div> <div class="more"><a href="#front-page-5"><i class="fas fa-chevron-down"></i></a></div> </div> <div class="container"> <div class="left first"> <img src="/uploads/2019/04/network.png" alt="Knowledge" class="icons-usp"> </div> <div class="right"><p>text</p></div> <div class="more"><i class="fas fa-plus"></i></div> </div> <div class="container"> <div class="left first"> <img src="/uploads/2019/04/customers.png" alt="Customers" class="icons-usp"> </div> <div class="right"> <p>text</p> </div> <div class="more"><a href="#front-page-6"><i class="fas fa-chevron-down"></i></a></div> </div> <div class="container"> <div class="left first"> <p>text</p> </div> <div class="right"> <p>text</p></div> <div class="more"><i class="fas fa-plus"></i></div> </div> </div></div></div></section> </div></div>

April 9, 2019 at 2:25 am in reply to: Footer credits wrap is outside site-footer on all pages except frontpage #490568MarijnParticipantI added strong tags to two divs in code above to mark which div's should be removed
(</div></div>)MarijnParticipantThanks so much for your help.
I couldn't find the element to adjust the z-index for. I had changed position:absolute in position:fixed for the video background which seems to cause the problem. I changed it back to position: absolute and now the menu items are visible again. Workaround but workable.
MarijnParticipantThanks for your help and time! Very much appreciated.
MarijnParticipantI understand, thanks for your time.
I was using only the widgets which dont need any adjustments which looks fine indeed.
But if I want to change the background colour for example and change the code in the css file nothing happens.
Now i activated home template 12 widget ( placed second last). At homepage this widget had grey background and black font but on my template it has white background and white font.
In the css file i copied same code from homepage widget so it should have grey background and black font as well but it just doesn't seem to render anything from css..front-page-12 is the original widget from theme
.home-template-12 and .home-template-12-1 are widgets I created.front-page-12 { background-color: #f3f3f3; } .home-template-12 .home-template-12-1 { background-color: #f3f3f3; } .front-page-12 .image-section { color: #333; } .home-template-12 .home-template-12-1 .image-section { color: #333; } .front-page-12 .image-section a { color: #fa5738; } .home-template-12 .home-template-12-1 .image-section a { color: #fa5738; }
MarijnParticipantThanks for your reply.
Here's the link: website
I updated the css file but only for the widgets which I'm using on the template.
MarijnParticipantThanks so much!! Everything is fine now!
MarijnParticipantAfter the error I put back the original code you gave me and now it seems to work? So looks like you didn't make a mistake there..
See here: Link
MarijnParticipantChanging that line gave me this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '&' in /home1/marijnb/public_html/pipstudioservies.nl/wp-content/themes/parallax-pro/functions.php on line 188
MarijnParticipantHad to add the code again to reproduce the error and... now I started with the category between ' and no error.
I'm sorry for the misunderstanding..But I see no changes tot the grid, Do I need to change some more?
Thanks for your help!
MarijnParticipantHi Genwrock,
Thanks for your reply but that code resulted in an error.. I tried adding the category ID with and without the ' .
