MemberHi Davinder,
Thanks. Is there a tutorial that would tell me how to do that/what to put?
lianam

lianam
MemberI can't seem to get the color change in the footer background to take. Did I miss something?
thanks!

MemberRobin, it's perfect!!! Thank you so, so very much for your help.
lianam
MemberHey Robin! Thanks so much! This helped and I added padding to the footer widget #1. It's now pushed in (rather than to the left liked before) but it's also pushed down so it no longer lines up with the other footer items. Any idea what to do in this case?

MemberHey Nick! Thanks so much. I ended up adding the coding in (from your first link). It worked great. I'm thinking, however, that this person is going to want it to just say "Older Posts" and "Newer Posts" or "Next Post" and "Previous Post" without the actual title posts. How would I go about doing this?
lianam
MemberThank you again, Ozzy!

MemberOzzy and Anitac: You guys are the best! Thanks so much! It was the "Discussion" section that wasn't checked. I've fixed it now.
lianam
MemberThat worked perfectly! If by some chance I need to reduce the spacing more, is there a way to do so?
lianam
MemberSorry, but where do I find that the comments are enabled on the post? I'm trying to check it out now and think I'm missing it.
lianam
MemberOops! I just was about to edit it because I realized I forgot to add the link: It's this site. Thanks, Ozzy!

MemberHi there, Anitac...
I still can't figure out why the "Leave a Comment" isn't showing on all of the posts, but I see them on a few.
I went and made sure again that in Settings>Discussion I checked "Allow people to post comments on new articles", "Comment author must fill out name and e-mail" and "Users must be registered and logged in to comment".
In Simple Edits I do have this in the post info: [post_author_post_link] [post_comments] [post_edit] and in the post meta: [post_date] [post_categories] [post_tags] [post_comments]
On the Genesis Theme settings I have these checked: "Enable Comments on posts".
For the individual posts, do you mean to make sure that the "Comments" is checked under "Screen Options" at the top? I do have that checked.
Thanks so much!

MemberThank you so very much!
lianam
MemberAnitac, thanks so very much! I've got it!
lianam
MemberThank you so much! I got the first part. For the sidebar, do I add it here (after float: right;):
.sidebar-content #content,
.sidebar-sidebar-content #content {
float: right;
}
Thank you again!
lianam
