    We are running multiesite, so I do not have that option in General.

    Odd. I don't see any padding or test issues at all.  The only problem I have is with dual images.

    Yeah, the css has been heavily edited.

    The text is not larger or white. The transparent background isn't a problem.

    What I want is a transparent background and white text H3.

    Sorry to be a bother again, but I appear to still have that same problem. Now it aligns to my 16:9 monitor. But not to my co-workers. And not on any of the 4:3 monitors.
