It looks like they were from the Header/Footer scripts I had in the Appearance > Customize section. There were lots of slashes in my Google Analytics and tracking codes from other networks that shouldn't have been in there. Not sure why, but I added them back in and hopefully it should be clean again.

Thanks for the reply Anita! I just forwarded my /blog page to the /category/blog archives page and it looks like it should. I'm not sure where the slashes are coming from, but I'll check it out. Thanks!

I also tried creating a custom blog page to see if I could get my titles to show on a new page without a featured image, but the same thing happens.
