Here is a link to my site...That is exactly how I have been trying to set it up but it doesn't seem to be working...Not sure what I am doing wrong.

I went through the tutorial but it only shows how to position the navigation menu, which I already know...It doesn't say anything about the single page scroll down navigation.

The Child theme is Modern Portfolio Pro...I don't have anything on the site yet I just installed the child theme and wanted to set up the navigation the same way it is set up in the demo of the theme.
